I am an online therapist based in Dublin and I support women who struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, overthinking and self-doubt. Many clients feel pressure to please others, find boundaries difficult or live with a harsh inner critic that affects confidence and emotional wellbeing.
I understand how painful low self-worth can feel. Earlier in my life I struggled with anxiety & depression that had a critical inner-voice. This shaped my focus on helping women build a kinder and more steady relationship with themselves.
My approach is humanistic and draws on compassion focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and elements of CBT. Sessions offer a calm, supportive space to understand what keeps anxiety, people pleasing and low confidence in place.
