I support women who live with low self worth, high functioning anxiety, boundary issues, burnout, and the pressure to hold everything together. Many of my clients grew up feeling unheard or responsible for others. These early patterns can make adult relationships, decisions, and self-trust feel hard.

Therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a humanistic approach. I blend compassion-focused therapy, ACT, and CBT in a grounded and accessible way. Sessions focus on understanding your inner critic, increasing emotional safety, and building a stronger sense of self.
